RETURN & REFUND POLICY Thank you for shopping at JKT! On your FIRST order, we will accept a full refund return within 5 days after you received it. After you have experience and appreciated our premium leather & suede styles, we will not issue refunds. Returns for web store credit or exchanges are accepted for either the same or alternative style, size, or color ordered. In order to exchange, the product must be returned in the condition received within 30 days of receiving the product. You must first email us within 30 days of receiving the product at info@jkt-nyc.com AND/OR chloe@jakett.com OR JKT will provide you with a web store credit for your future order.

I appreciate JKT for their promotions! I bought a discounted gift card at the holidays and my daughter is THRILLED! LOVE their jackets!
